If you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stretched thin by the pace of life, this retreat offers a place to truly reset and restore. Designed for one guest (or two close companions), your stay includes daily 1:1 healing sessions, guided meditation, and gentle nervous system coaching within a quiet, artful sanctuary. With plenty of time to rest, create, soak in nearby hot springs, or simply lie beneath brilliant night skies, this retreat invites you back to yourself. Return home restored, with a set of practices to carry that sense of regulation forward.

Step out of the noise and into a quiet, carefully designed sanctuary in the high mountains. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow your nervous system to settle in a space created for rest, beauty, and genuine care.

Designed for one guest (or two close companions), your stay weaves together daily one-on-one healing sessions, guided meditation, and gentle nervous system coaching with long stretches of uninterrupted time. You might spend your mornings in stillness or journaling, your afternoons wandering the garden or hiking in the surrounding mountains, and your evenings soaking in nearby hot springs or lying beneath vast, star-filled skies.

Each day begins with a short guided meditation and a one on one session using Craniosacral and SourcePoint Therapy, supporting your body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. Together, we will assess and craft a personalized nervous system regulation toolkit you can carry into your daily life, with optional online follow-up to gently integrate these practices into your routine. This is not a structured group retreat—it’s a deeply individualized experience shaped around your pace, your needs, and your capacity.

The work you begin here is designed to settle in over time, leaving you with a grounded sense of steadiness, care, and connection—to your body, to the earth, and to a renewed baseline of well-being.

The space itself is part of the work: an artful, cozy cabin filled with natural textures, living plants, and handmade elements, held within an organic garden and the raw beauty of the landscape. Every detail is designed to support a sense of safety, softness, and connection—both within yourself and with the natural world around you.

Whether you’re sitting by a mountain stream, watching birds move through the garden, or resting in a hammock under the night sky, you are given the space to truly unwind. Over 3–5 days or longer, many guests find their system begins to shift—moving from depletion and overwhelm toward steadiness, clarity, and ease.

You’ll leave not only feeling restored, but with a deeper relationship to your body and a set of simple, supportive practices you can carry into your daily life.
